M.P.R.C Files- Boxes Cove is a fantastic place to learn paranormal investigation. With its low traffic and open space, old plots, and creepy drive way. It has enough activity to really learn the ropes and find your way as an investigator. This location will give the occasional EVP while having your REM Pod go off fairly often.
